The
Plate Bridge Conveyor 85/120 offers the facility to automatically
transport plates coming from the Platesetter.
The system alleviates the need for an operator to manually pick up the
plate at the output of the Platesetter and transfer it to the Easy
Clean/Plate Processor, thus facilitating continuous feeding of material.
The bridge is activated when its input sensor detects a plate coming out
from the Platesetter. The flat belts start moving at an pre-adjusted
speed, in order to match the Platesetter output speed.
Before reaching the Easy Clean/Plate Processor, the plate activates an
output sensor. This will reduce the plate bridge output speed in order
to match the Easy Clean/Plate Processor transport speeds. |
