All the new units incorporate SCS (Statistical Control Software) which exceeds recent environmental reforms for monitoring and recording chemical use and discharge and can be easily accessed via an RS232 port on the rear of the units.

Furthermore, these new models have the option of a built-in circulation pump, eliminating plating problems of soft silver. It also increases the flow of chemistry, giving a greater plating efficiency.

The J1 has one large silver collecting cell and the J2 has 2. These units are fully automatic and need no monitoring between harvests and are packed full of the latest easy to use features.

The J1 has the advantage of being easily upgraded to a J2 model as your throughput increases in the future.

J1 features high capacity plating circuitry and offers a holding capacity of 140 troy ounces of silver. An adjustable in-line flow pump ensures the hardest plating of your silver which assists easy removal at harvest time and provides a genuine saving of up to 30% of fixer. The Processing Management System incorporated in the software ensures the best possible plating current at all times.

J2 features high capacity plating circuitry and offers a holding capacity of 260 troy ounces of silver. An adjustable in-line flow pump ensures the hardest plating of your silver which assists easy removal at harvest time and provides a genuine saving of up to 50% of fixer. The Processing Management System incorporated in the software ensures the best possible plating current at all times.
